Bottled in bond....carries 100 proof and minimum of 4 yrs of age, amoung some other guarentees. Bib was the old standard for good bourbon and rye.

May want to consider a roadtrip up to Chicago to check out Binny's or Sam's.
Personally, I'd get some Lot B or Pappy 15 before springing for the 23. Splurge for the Pappy 20 if you can--it's probably the best bang for the buck, although some folks swear by the 15.
Not to mention everything else there is to do/see/eat in Chicago over the summer.
