Maybe $10 a piece with the whiskey...maybe 25 cents empty.
The chess set would be pretty cool but I don't know how to play chess...maybe I can learn.
Come on down ... We can drink and learn

Re: Old Decanters

The next time I go to Vegas, I may have to make a side trip to AZ.
How far is it?

Ok, ouch. I collect Michter's decanters seriously. To hear someone say they have no value not only hurts, but also shows people do not do their research. The good, rare Michter's decanters, regardless of contents often go up into the hundreds of dollars on EBay and are very hard to find. Given they are 100x more rare than the Beam and Brooks stuff, but to make a blanket statement that people like me that collect them are "idiots" is a bit of an insult. There are decanters out there that are worth a lot of money. I can prove that!
