Do I cut both ends?No, you do not need to cut both ends of the Fuente Short Story. Simply cut the cap as you normally would and light the other end. It will burn and expand perfectly. They seem to work pretty well. I only re-fill them every few months and the three of them keep the humidity at 65% according to my hygrometer.
