It was a Bolivar Gold Medal from 2009 for me last night.  Last one of those I had and of course it was the best one of the box... :)

First time with a Kuba Kuba. Was put off in the beginning by the sweetness, but grew on me about quarter of the way through.

Here's some Pappy that was gifted to me by my nephew yesterday. ^_^ Since the weather is unusually nice this evening, I'm headed out to the patio with a pour of 07 WLW, and a Pappy Van Winkle Tradition, made by Drew Estate. Thanks Mike. Very, very much appreciated.

If I smoke cigars, it's usually the smaller, flavored ones. I don't usually smoke "nicer" cigars. I never fully grasped cigar and bourbon pairings. FWIW, I get it now.

I love my 07 WLW, but somehow it tasted even better while smoking the "Pappy" cigar.  :) Thanks again Mike.

Smoking a Padilla Habano Barber Poll with some Elijah Craig small batch. The cigar is very mild and bringing out the sweetness of the bourbon. Nice rainy night at 60 degrees in Jersey on the front porch! Cheers!

My favorite cheap cigar, Trinidad y Cia,  less than a buck a stick, paired with an Old-fashioned,  Bulleit Rye, Fee Brothers aged in whiskey barrel bitters, a bar spoon of simple syrup and an orange peel twist
