bllygthrd Posted December 12, 2014 Share Posted December 12, 2014 (edited) I was prepping fresh jalapeno peppers for my wife to use in her homemade pepperoni rolls ... on a lark I dropped two slices (seeds and all) in my glass of bourbon. I am amazed at the result. The capsaicin infused bourbon adds a very nice "heat" and the flavor of the pepper comes through. I like it!
