jfw
This is really a great question. I have a bunker full of lots of great bourbon, but for me the bottle I'm saving for a special occasion is Michter's 101 from the old distillery. It's the last bottle in the last case I split with someone in the late 80s (If only I had know they were going to close!!). It's the first whiskey that I tried that I really enjoyed. I think I might crack it in a year or two when I retire. Maybe a side-by-side with A.H. Hirsch? I'm not getting any younger, and for me there is no reason to buy anything I'm not going to drink. Cheers, Joe
