As it happens I had the chance to stop by on Monday afternoon and do a tour of the beautiful new distillery.  It was quite impressive! I did not ask as many questions as I probably should but then again I had just come from picking barrels at Four Roses so I am probably doing well to remember it at all...

 

1 mash cooker and maybe 4 fermenters (with room for more to be added as needed) plus a holding tank for the distiller's beer before it goes in the 2 story  column still and smaller pot still doubler from Vendome. The renovated warehouse building itself is quite impressive as well.

Thanx for the pix, Bruce.   Very pretty stuff, eh?    Loox like they have a showpiece there!

Indeed they do! And it looks like they can make a fair amount of whiskey running at full speed. More than I thought initially.
