So if this feels too off topic mods feel free to move it.  While I was going full nerd looking through TTB filings today looking to see if there is anything on file for a Baker's single barrel or a new HH BIB I noticed a few real gems, first it looks to me like they have finally figured out how to rapid age, age statements as we have a 4 month old Straight bourbon:

Then there is this gem, I guess I understand the name based on the description but it still seems to remind me of Mathew McConaughey's character in Dazed & Confused

'Merica Rye is made with "decades of pride" which accounts for how it can be the "best tasting Rye whiskey you've ever had" when it is only 4 months old! LOL

“Young bourbon get out of my mind, your TTB filing is way out of line.”

Sorry couldn’t help myself, could you imagine being in a rickhouse, for instance a janitor and the rickhouse had the song Young Girl on repeat 24hrs a day.

The science of aging whiskey is rapidly evolving; time travel and bad music. Whodathunkit?

Also aging in something made of oal? “Matured from Day 1 in new charred oal.”

Nothing says Christmas quite like grain neutral spirit!

And here is why American Single Malt needs some regulation "Colored and flavored with Oak Chips", I thought only corn whiskey didn't need to be aged in an "Oak Container" someone else probably knows the regs better.

And honesty in labeling, I myself am afraid of 20 month old bourbon

Fillibuster 16 Year old Barrel Proof MGP which is both small batch and single barrel, single barrels are of course one of the smallest batch sizes followed by 99.9% of a barrel all the way down to a single drop!

It's interesting that the sourced Tennessee whiskey is labeled as "straight". I guess I was under the impression that all of the stuff Smooth Ambler had sourced from Dickel was in rejuvenated barrels. Hopefully the price is competitive with Dickel's 9 year single barrel.

Plenty of people are sourcing Tennessee Straight bourbon these days presumably from Dickel. You are correct thought the Tennessee whiskey in the Old Scout American is from rejuvenated casks. It will definitely be interesting to see how SA prices these particularly with the other products they currently have on the market. It makes sense that Pernod Ricard would want to invigorate the line that the company built it's name on.

Heehee, this one cracks me up.  “We mash, ferment, double distill, Barrel age, and hand bottle in our 750 sq. ft micro-distillery...

Is he running this out of his one bedroom apartment, and fermenting in his bath tub???  :D

This one is interesting X-Ray 4 year 110 proof rye which is currently MGP is switching to Dickel, is Dickel bottling their own rye at this point or is it still MGP?

And here's a musically themed 12 year old bourbon listed as straight though it's a blend of Tennessee sourced and Kentucky sourced.

Here's one we have all been waiting for, Lemon Flavored Whiskey with an Alligator on it!

Yeah, a real whiskey dream come true -- a lemon-flavored 60 proofer with label instructions to "Shake well. Serve chilled."  Yow!!

It's packaging was updated in April, that would seem like wasted effort if it was going away

https://www.ttbonline.gov/colasonline/viewColaDetails.do?action=publicFormDisplay&ttbid=18107001000310

Yup...after I posted that I went to Lux Row's website and it is still featured rather prominently. It sits on the store shelves here and collects dust, so I wasn't aware of the label update.
