You hate us 'cause you ain't us!   We drink bourbon just like you do - one sip at a time, no?   ?

Haha it took you a while to respond to that one. That comment was for you our resident, “Masshole”! Boston doesn’t need another parade those poor sanitation workers are overworked cleaning all that confetti.

Also yes sir one sip at a time.

Ah man, what a week.  Going right to the ND OGD BIB to settle me in.  The thickness and viscosity of these ND whiskies are magnificent.  Great caramel notes, and such a noticeably “heavy” whiskey over the palate.  Chewy, chewy, chewy, on the end.

Oh man, is it age stated? And, does the price tag say $15.59?

ER with a splash of 3rd release JR.

I’m horrible don’t remember who but the first person to blend Stagg Jr. that I recall did 2 parts Stagg one part Old Charter. I have a stash of OC 8yr and really enjoy this blend might do a pour tonight. I recall someone doing the same later same portions but with ER.

Give the 2:1 blend a go.

My mother-in-law flew in tonight and brought this.

Pretty cool, would of preferred some 30+ Armagnac but I’m not knocking it.

Need to throw these coasters in the freezer.

More Weller, this time OWA.

Would the tax strip have a distilled and bottled date?

@Skinfans1311 inspired me. Did the 2 parts Stagg Jr. batch 10 and some OC. Really nice one of the best pours I’ve had in a while.

George Dickel 17 Year Reserve. The nose on it is fantastic; cherry cough drops, butterscotch and popcorn. The palate is great too but what a treat this would have been at barrel strength. Thanks @Mako254!

I remember the popcorn notes. I’ll have to revisit. Glad you are enjoying!

I've had some negative experiences with Knob Creek when buying in a restaurants, but this is awesome. Makes a great finish after my 2 small pours from some of my favorite bottles. IMG_20190601_205009240.jpg

It's been a long day of power washing.

It's a boilermaker kind of night, I've earned it.

The wife poured this one...I told her to "surprise me, but no barrel proof"

I think it's VOB 90.
