After 31 days in the NICU, Mrs Mako and I brought our son home. Humbled with lots to be thankful for.

Perhaps the perfect cork pull on a ‘95 split is a good omen?

Big congrats! Lets all have a toast to the proud papa! I'll do a pour from my delicious '01 WT101 handle.

Hope you have been saving corks from emptys...

Congrats and best wishes, Mako. I've been dry because of allergies but had to pour a bit of Turkey in your honor.

P.S. I've got a few UGA onesies that your son would look fantastic in. :D

I’ll toast to Mako, his wife and son with a pour from a newly opened ps BT. I see this as somewhat of an omen since the cork on my BT broke when I opened it.

Health and happiness to you and your family Mako!

Whew!    That musta been a tough month, my friend.    So great to hear it came to the best possible conclusion.

I wish you and the wife & baby all the best of health for duration.   Here's a toast to same with a decent pour of Rare Breed.

Thanks for all of the kind words friends. It certainly means a lot.

In the last couple weeks, I've cracked open a handle of VOB 86p, OE7BP, Johnny Drum, WTRB, OF1920, and another OFRye.

Is 1920 the pinnacle of Old Forrester expressions?  Damn Fine Bourbon.

Took a while to get my buddies together to celebrate my new job but Masters Sunday at 10 am seemed as good as time as any to open this.

I highly recommend ECBP & Stagg JR for said application as well.

The last hour countdown for the start of the final season of GoT has started. Decided to open my last bottle of this in celebration and anticipation of the approaching excitement.
