Dean E Posted February 22, 2022 Share Posted February 22, 2022 The Knob Creek 12 year is one of my absolute favorites. To me it is close to perfection for what a well aged bourbon should be. It drinks so smooth it is hard to believe it is 100 proof. Great slightly oily mouth feel, rich flavor and a long smooth finish. Pairs well with a good cigar. I find it every once and a while in Omaha at one of our big spirit retailers. Last time it was on the shelf they had three bottles. Bought them all.
