He left us a treasure in the book he wrote. Fortunately he got to see himself inducted in the Hall of Fame. He will be missed.

I was lucky enough to hear his acceptance speech into the hall of fame, it truly was touching. He made a joke about how it was much better than receiving a posthumous award. He then noted that he had no experience receiving posthumous awards. I hope this comes off with all respect intended. He without a doubt did alot for the industry.

In Memory Of

Samuel Kennett Cecil

Oct 26,1918-Apr 7,2005

A prayer by Saint Francis :

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

Where there is hatred . . . let me sow love

Where there is injury . . . pardon

Where there is doubt . . . faith

Where there is despair . . .hope

Where there is darkness . . . light

Where there is sadness . . .joy

Divine Master,

grant that i may not so much seek

To be consoled . . .as to console

To be understood . . .as to understand,

To be loved . . . as to love

For it is in giving . . .that we receive,

It is in pardoning, that we are pardoned,

It is in dying . . .that we are born to eternal life

I am truly grateful to the man who shared his many years of knowledge with us through his book. A great man...

God Bless
