cowdery Posted March 13, 2000 Share Posted March 13, 2000 Apparently, Jacob's Well did not catch fire the way the people at Beam hoped it would. I always thought the marketing premises for it were a little too phony, although the whiskey itself was quite good. What's more, the marketing people at Beam got mad at me because of my opinions about Jacob's Well and I have been blackballed in Deerfield ever since.If you like Beam products, the best bets these days are Jim Beam Black Label and Knob Creek.
