Hedmans Brorsa
In a recent thread about Jim Murray´s ethnicity, Jeff Renner quoted a passage from the former´s Bourbon book. This made me revisit said tome after a longer hiatus.I realized that I had completely forgotten that the book included a chapter about Georgia whiskey. He wrote, among other things, about the Viking Distilery, belonging to Barton, where all the Bourbon production ended up in various blends.Does any one know anything about this distillery in pre-Barton days? Were they a "regular" distillery in the sense that they produced their own straight brands?Thankz!
jcg9779
Just wanted to bump this 14 year old topic. Does anyone know anything about this distillery and their timeline with Barton? I was digging through the bunker and came across this little guy. Looks to be maybe mid 80s...
