They bottled in 1994 for a 1995 release. You have to make sure you have enough for distribution and time to get on the shelves.... funknik Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 Has anyone seen any '09s yet???At my local store the other day (the biggest in the state), I noticed that the spot for WTKS, that had been sitting empty for the past 6 months or so, has been filled by something else. The tag for WTKS has been removed. I don't want to start rumors, but I'm curious if this is any way indicates that WTKS will be discontinued? I've been kind of wondering about this for a while as Feb/Mar seems to be the time of year that they start bottling these and I have seen nothing. The '08 I had was pretty bad as well. One from a store in the D that had been on the shelves for years an older gray neck banded pewter top with the pour date and storage data faded and one from a store that I frequent often and have been in many times over the years. A bottle in perfect condition with no dust or grime, poured on 2-12-98 from barrel 2, warehouse E, rick 20.
