    Empty Bottle Support Group 2025

"Say goodnight, Gracie"??? Are you THAT OLD, Clueby??? I recall my parents laughing the butts off at George and Gracie when I was a wee lad. ...Well, maybe not altogether 'wee', I guess. But I AM THAT OLD, so there's that.
  5. Peerless. quit looking elsewhere.
  6. GTS is definitely the best bang for the buck on that list regardless of which years release it is. Looks like they might be based on bottle purchase price, rather than whiskey knowledge. Some of those prices are "huh?"

    Empty Bottle Support Group 2025

    Say goodnight, Gracie.
  8. Went for a 4 mile hike with the missus today since the heat wave finally broke this weekend. Upon arriving home she poured herself a delicious Hefeweizen. I took a sip and promptly got my own. This KC brewery does an absolutely fantastic job on their German brews. My sister lives about a mile away and still hasn’t gotten the hint about visiting the place any time she needs a gift for me….she always has been a little clueless . Luckily they distribute east.
  9. Nicely done sir! Someday I hope to try it for the first time as well. It’s been on my list for years, but never seems to work out.
  10. I'll play along. My guess is GTS and the 18 year Saz Rye. What would I have picked? GTS and the 18 year Saz Rye.

    Penelope Tojaki Finish Rye 2025

Can’t go wrong with things you know you like. Tokaji is kind of funky and I imagine could turn some people off. Additionally it is clearly a finished rye and that’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
  18. I can almost smell that picture in my head. Well done!
  19. M10 for $55 and GTS $30. That would make me think GTS was a value pour!
  20. Guessing GTS and Saz 18

    Cocktail Hour - 2025

Ha!! Good thing Mrs. Clueby isn't a member here.
  22. Yeah Rich, I know exactly what you're talking about (a big OF Sig fan here). The first couple generations of that - superb. Then they went to the label with the big blocky letters - not good. The current OF 100 is ok, but the "dusty" stuff much better. If you haven't tried the OF 100 Rye - it delivers some of those dusty OF Sig flavors.

Let me get this straight. You love a MC bloody mary, but don't care for your wife? Lol JK I know the words just came out wrong

What Bourbon Did You Pass On 2025?

What the heck is even the purpose of Weller Millennium. At $7,500 MSRP, I can only assume it's not to drink. Bring back OWA 7 year age stated, single barrel picks the same price as regular Maker's Mark (low $20 odd something). This Weller business has gotten so out of hand. It comes to a point, satire and parody are not even possible.
  25. Depends on the vintage of the BTAC. If 2024 then I would have gone GTS and Saz18. Vintage independent, I probably would have gone THH. The baby saz for $15 is a ripoff. A whole bottle costs like 25 bucks.

I love Bloody Mary made with MC! Mrs. Clueby not so much.

What Bourbon Did You Pass On 2025?

I saw they had it at the BT gift shop this weekend for $7500. "Limit 1" Just drink.your Weller Centennial instead. It's probably better.
