Hunting in Mississippi

So, it seems there's a bit of wind heading my way and enabling me to use this as a opportunity to take a hunting trip. Has anyone done any hunting in the Jackson, MS area? Or spent any time there at all to recommend places to go or suggestions for places to dine?

I have no personal experience hunting in MS, but SW whiskey was/is widely distributed there and there may be some Old Fitz's from SW days lingering on the shelves. I think Tim has had some luck in northern MS.
