GlenKinchie 12!

I was at the store yesterday and saw that Glenkinchie now has a 12yr. version out. A month or so ago, I bought a bottle of Glenkinchie 10 at a deeply discounted price and thought maybe Ohio was discontinuing the sale of it. The 10 must be getting replaced by the 12. Has anyone had the 12 yet? I haven't had either yet as my bottle of 10 is still unopened!

I read somewhere, many months ago, that the 10 was being replaced by the 12. I also recollect that some reviewer thought the 12 was considerably better than the 10. The 12 recently showed up in a local store, for $45. I haven't yet bought one.

In my area, the 12 is the same price as the 10 was. Not available here yet, though it is listed in the LCBO general catalogue. I thought the 10 was fantastic the two times I had it, so I'm much looking forward to trying the 12. Early reports promise a richer, more full-bodied dram.

The 10yr was originally 45.00 here and the 12 is 52.00. I bought my 10 on closeout for 29.00!
