Finding IW Harper

I'm trying to locate IW Harper Gold Medal. I live in PA and about 5 years ago the state stores here told me they were no longer going to carry IW Harper. I bought several cases and now I'm down to three bottles and getting worried. Where can I go to get this stuff. Please help. Thanks.

Please give the age and proof of your Harper favorite. There are a few Harpers called gold medal....or at least two that I know of.

How long ago did you buy this case of Harper? D'oh, I see it now...5yrs ago.

Good luck! Looks like you will have to make a trade with someone in Japan or start your hunt. There just are not a ton of Harper sitting on shelves to my knowledge.

I know of a couple 80 proof, NAS paper strip 1.75L in Michigan.

The 750'sare here as well just have not looked for them in a while.

Simple answer...I W Harper is no longer distributed in the US. Anything you find here has been on the shelves for many years. Nurse your remaining bottles along slowly. As said above, you can still find it here and there.

I'll keep my eyes open for you dsample. I recently traded a 1.75L Gold Medal with another SBer. I'd found it on a dusty shelf here in NJ. Looked like it was from the 80s or early 90s. It was a loner but I'll keep my eyes open for others.

When Wade lived in Washington State he told me that it was available then. Perhaps someone in Washington State can hook you up for some.
