I don't think that is the case this time. Crown Royal Cask 16 will be $10 off and I know that isn't being closed out.

Not sure which border you mean but $7 off brings it down to what I find it for in Baltimore. The DoubleWood is on sale at the moment for $42 and that is not a bad price. Certainly cheaper then driving 50 miles to save $3 in Baltimore.
