Try The Party Center where Jackson and Dexter converge. They actually charge the state minimum. I have no connection other than I'm a shopper when in town.

Yes - A&L Wine Castle and their new outlet with a different name out on Jackson Rd. I've been willing to put up with the overpricing because they carry just about everything that is on the state price list. I never go there without first checking the state minimum online, though. It is a bit of a pain having to challenge them half the time. I can't really believe that it is accidental.

I liked it a lot better when the state mandated a fixed price. Two or three years ago they removed the ceiling and left the floor, claiming that it encouraged competition. Hah! If they wanted that, they should have eliminated the minimum, too.

I haven't tried the Party Center since they went through a couple of ownership changes a few years back and things were confused there. I'll check them out again.
