Never mind, it appears to be Bellow's, a former National Distiller's brand that is now owned by Beam.

A UPC code is ten digits long. The first five indicates the company, the last five the companies product. Example; 18200 indicates Budweiser the company, 53150 indicates a case of Bud Light cans.

Seems like most of the hits on the TTB site gave listings for items bottled in MD and PA. It never listed an actual name for the producer but had tons of listings. Many types of products and labels.

85232 Majestic Distilling Co. Baltimore, Maryland. Old Setter has been replaced with Setter Premium, they are also the proud producers of Redneck Riviera Blended Whiskey.

Actually they are 12 digits...you have to count the digits at both ends of the barcode.
