marco246
Thanks for the article. Good luck to him. Appears as if it will be available in such small quantities as to be more a curiosity than anything else. But another wheater is always welcome. jinenjo
I'm glad to see he's taking his time with it. In other words, he is not putting out some anonymous juice made by another distillery.I liked the article, especially the comment about traditional vs. new-fangled, a la Winton Marsalis and free jazz. Thanks for the article.
sku
I liked the Marsalis analogy too. Also, a nice mention of SB, though I don't recall to many arguments about sweet versus sour mash.

wku88
From a "romance" or marketing perspective, it all sounds so exciting. I'm sure Dan has worked his butt off, and with Pickerell's comments, I think it will be drinkable (It's bourbon...it's all good), I'm not sure until the tasting that it will be "Premium"Made with rainwater? WTH do they compare the Karst geography of that part of Texas with central Kentucky, if the water is coming out of the sky, and not a spring?Kudos to the man for chasing his dream. I hope the results are what he is hoping for. I have friends in Austin...might oughtta put in my order now!
