From a "romance" or marketing perspective, it all sounds so exciting. I'm sure Dan has worked his butt off, and with Pickerell's comments, I think it will be drinkable (It's bourbon...it's all good), I'm not sure until the tasting that it will be "Premium"

Made with rainwater? WTH do they compare the Karst geography of that part of Texas with central Kentucky, if the water is coming out of the sky, and not a spring?

Kudos to the man for chasing his dream. I hope the results are what he is hoping for. I have friends in Austin...might oughtta put in my order now!
