... to be a malt whisk(e)y drinker in PA.

Items disappearing off the shelves of the state stores:

1) Bladnoch 15-year Cask Strength

2) Bushmills 16-year Single Malt (the 10 year was pulled down months ago)

3) The Dalmore 12-year

4) The Dalmore Cigar Malt

5) The MacAllan 25-year

6) Pebble Beach 12-year Speyside (by Lombard)

I'm especially upset about having to special order ANY single malt Irish whiskey now. I'm also a big Dalmore fan, so this news did not go over well with me at all...:hot:

That's sad.....

Bushmills 10 is my second favorite Irish, just behind Redbreast 12.

Can you get Jameson 12 ? Its a blend but its fairly high in pot stilled whiskey.

And some say prohibition ended 75 years ago. To some it has, but as I recently learned, what you are experiencing are the long-felt after-effects.

In 60% of Kentucky's counties, prohibition has never ended. Bourbon County, Kentucky is DRY.
