I'm trying to get my total open count down into single digits - much harder work than I originally thought it'd be. I'm finding it much easier to keep the scotch count down though.

Took this a about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have opened up two Smooth Ambler private picks ("FS/FT" and "Jawbreaker") and both of Eagle River's Four Roses picks. I have also polished off the ER101 (my last) with Yeti, KySalesRep, and MyOldKyDram.

Edit: also not pictured are a few handles (paper OWA, VOB BIB, W12) I forgot to pull out of the other cabinet.

I'd be happy to take that WFE off your hands if you don't like it.

if you were closer, Id say come on over! I swear its BF distilled, it has their profile to it. Many on here would love barrel proof Old Forester at 8 years, but not me. I'd give it a "meh...."

I tend to not keep many open at one time. It really helps with guilt free shopping and purchases, should something interesting turn up. :cool: Anyway, I have open:

a handle of Old Fitz BIB,

a handle of Old Forester Signature,

and a fifth of Heaven Hill 6 year BIB.

Hi Oscar. Right now all I have open in regards to Bourbon is a bottle of Elmer T. Lee SB.. I have 30 or so different bourbons in waiting.. Cheers

Four Roses Cork & Bottle Selection,.. I remember back around 2003-2004 returning bottles of 16 Year Hirsch. Sazarec 18 Yr and various Pappy Bottlings to Brain Hue.. Wow how times have changed.. Like you I have many more closed sealed bottles than open bottles at any one time
