Solomon2
1792. But I gave it away as a present. Since that might happen again, I've taken the precaution of adding cheap but good stuff to my "bunker" as well as the really good stuff: currently bunking Canadian Mist, Distiller's Pride Bourbon, and Jeffersons. independant
The first bottle I bought for bunkerring was OF repeal. So far I have 5 total. The way I see it is I can not get OF signature here and 10.00 for a 375ml+ 10.00 for a Glencairn= great deal.
JamesW
Hirsch 16, 3 bottles @ $75 ea. I've since traded one for a Pappy 23 but I still have the other two in the hole. My largest bunkering purchase was 2.5 cases (15 btls) of Julio's Centennial 13 yr. I loved the stuff and couldn't believe it was going away. I still have 6 in the hole and 1 on the bar.... I refrain from drinking it like I used to.

unclebunk
Five bottles of Pappy 15 when I stumbled across them at $37 each! Then a few BHC's (two VSOF's and a Weller Centennial). I also put away a hefty stash of VOB BIB and AAA 10 when rumors circulated that they would no longer be available in Chicagoland. After that things went seriously crazy! I've seen your stash of bourbon and you have enough...you could drink a bottle a day for a year and still have some left...I on the other hand am still in need of additional supplies! I checked today and I'm only at the 62 bottle mark in the bunker...I will stop when I get to 100...

onmytrack
It all started with a bottle of ORVW 15 (Lawrenceburg) that I stumbled across in an LA wine shop. Can't stop adding more Van Winkle and BTAC. If I find any more OWA 7/107, it is going in as well.Jim
Drazzamatazz
I recently started an official bunker with my extra bottles of WC, I do a few unopened ones still, namely EWSB 94/99 and EC12.

GOCOUGS2002
Welcome back Jason, how's the kid? It is good to be back! Sydney is doing great, however I have my nephew coming into the house tomorrow (6 month old) for a couple weeks while his mom has brain surgery. Should make for an interesting time at the house but we are happy to help out the family. Hope all is well with you and the family. I'll add another bunkered bottle so it isn't a total thread jack...ER 10/
MarkEdwards
Well, my first was Midleton Very Rare Irish, but the second item was Pappy LotB.Shamefully, the third bunkered item was GlenRothes 1975 sc*tch (grin).
