JMac72
I have read numerous posts here about bourbons being discontinued, mashbills changing, master distillers changing, and distilleries being bought and sold, etc, etc.As such I was wondering if there is any bourbon out there that seems to always stay the course, never really changing, keeping close to the same flavour profile as it had when it was first distilled and bottled. Any possibilities?

Any possibilities?None. For instance, Brown Foreman has been family owned for quite some time but even their product has changed over time. I have BF bourbon from the 50's through current and there are striking differences. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I can't think of single bourbon currently in production that is the same as it was in years past.
