WT American Spirit or Handy saz Rye?

My local has several of the WTAS on the shelf, but only one of the Handy saz left. Do you think I should bother with the WT or skip it and add that saz to the bunker- note I already have a current Handy- but not the AS.

Question is: Do you like the Handy you have and want more? If so, get another Handy as it is more limited in availability and get the WTAS when you feel you can spend some more money.

The Handy I have open is the '06. I have not dug into the 08 yet. I'm guessing the Handy will be gone from the store (only one available) before the WTAS (three available). The 06 I love and have been savoring. The WTAS I have not tried, and the SB board shows something of mixed reviews, which means (to me) if nothing else it has it's own character. I guess I'll grab the Handy and pick up the AS at leisure.

I would do the same thing. I personally would take the Handy over the American Spirit.

I love the 06. I just opened an 08 and find it very good. Compared to the 06 it needs a bit of time to open up, as the 06 has been down 1/2 bottle and has breathed a bit over the last two years. The 08 seems to have a bit more wood flavor to it so far, but I'm holding off judgement until I taste it a few more times. It is veerryy tasty, yum.
