Bevmo in Chandler shows 2 bottles of Lot B. The Glendale store shows 1 bottle of Lot B. I'd call before driving around. That's about all I know for the Phoenix area. Good luck with the hunt.

Also, call any of the Total Wine & Spirits stores and check prices/availability.

As a last resort, call Magnum's Cigars and Liquors at Union Hills & 7th St.

They have a great selection, but their cost is full MSRP.
