Bourbon ghetto takes another hit!

While at one of the local liquor stores yesterday, I noticed that Kentucky Tavern BIB is being closed out. It is still at 9.75 a 750 but will drop in price as time goes on. I looked for this brand for quite some time and now it gets closed out. Another of my favorite brands, Tullamore Dew 12, is also being closed out but I managed to rescue numerous bottles before it disappeared. As is the case in neighboring Pa., the whiskey Nazis just don't seem to get it. If anyone wants some KT BIB, send me a PM before it too disappears!

Bourbon fans in Cinci and southern Ohio may as well be in Kentucky. ThomasH, DeanSheen and I are in the northeast part of the state so visits the bourbon homeland require a much greater time commitment.

At least the bourbon ghetto will be getting some casinos in a few years.
