CL
I hope some of the folks I knew on the forum are still around, but I know that this is a great forum and anyone will answer if they can.I have a family member who has to work on their bucket list, not immediately, but in fairly short order. He requested a bottle of what we used to share, Old Rip Van Winkle 15 yo. I checked the ORVW website and see that it has been replaced by Pappy Van Winkle. Is the 15 yo PVW bottling readily available in the Louisville area? I can have my sister pick it up for me. How much is it?I don't drink much anymore except at the holidays, so while I am asking, I'd like Margie to get me a bottle of Van Winkle Family Reserve, 12 yo. Is that still available in the L'ville area? How much?I apologize for not using the search to find these answers out, but I think you'll understand that there alot of things to deal with right now. Thanks everyone!P.S. Grandma Bryant is still in relatively good health. She just had her 94th birthday.

As far as the Pappy goes, there is still some Lot B 12yr. here in lexington in the mid $40's and I would be happy to send you a bottle. I would bet a member in Louisville either knows of a bottle or has one they would be willing to give up if that works better. Either way, someone should be able to take care of your request, just let us know.-Clay
CL
Thanks very much, Clay. I was trying to save my sister some trouble finding the bourbons (she has two small kids to take care of on her own), but she said she stopped by a store near her house and they had both. So, I am set. Thanks again.
