I also felt that the Appleton 12yr was delicious but realized after I returned home that it tastes way better when I am lounging on the beach in Negril.

El Dorado 15yr is my choice.

I got the el dorado 3 pack samplers with the 12, 15 and 21. The 21 is really good. ron zacapa 23 solera (not 23yo rum...a blend of rums between 6 and 23 years) is available, but for $80 here so i havent tried it. My favourite was the havana club barrel proof i had 4 years ago...can't find it anymore.
