No need to go back for the OC. I had a bottle from 92 and it was nothing special. Two current EWB handles would be a better buy for the money.
The Proprieters' Reserve is said to be dandy, and the Classic 12/90 is plenty good.

spun_cookie said that it would be somewhat creamy. The one I spotted was a UD product- I saw another bottle of ten year somewhere else with a significantly different label that was probably like the one you tried.... of course, I don't know that for sure!
