The wife got into my GTS tonight!

Yes today it happened. We unexpectedly got 5 inches of lake affect snow right at rush hour. I had stopped at bar after work to have a couple pints of Guiness and watch the US/Swiss Hockey game and it really started coming down. When I got home (very carefully by the way)the wife was in Snow Globe mode and made a batch of spiced wine and on a whim decided it needed something like Bourbon. She found the fullest bottle that was open which turned out to be some George T. Stagg I had opened last weekend. She meet me at the door with a glass for me to try. "Yum, I said what is it?" smelling the vanilla of bourbon. "I finally wanted to make a batch of spiced wine" she says adding that she used some bourbon with antlers on the bottle! after a slight wince, I said well, nothing is to good for a snow globe.

At any rate she wanted pizza for dinner. Can't make the delivery guy drive in the snow. So I made some Tuna pizza with toast for the crust, tomato paste for the sauce, oregano for spice, a couple of garlic gloves, 1 can of tuna and broiled until the cheese is melted. fun times!

Wisconsin is not spared when it comes to Lake affect snow. Although I am sure Michigan gets dumped on much more that we do. Hey SBOmarc you would be surprized just how good the tuna pizza is. It sounds gross but the reality is it is quite good. It is the kind of thing you come up with in college after a night of Clubbing. You are starving but spent all of your money drinking. You have the bread, the roommate the cheese, The blonde girl across the hall has the tomato paste and Tuna. It kind of just happens. You go to bed with a full belly and the blonde. Ahh yes the good times!

Meet too. To prevent such occurances at the BigRich residence I store my in a shelf hierarchy system. My wife knows which shelves are for mixing, drinking, and not for her. :grin:
