Join us for this walk-around tasting of two great American pleasures!

Sample premium American whiskies while tasting an array of tasty

bacons, from artisanal producers including Nueske's, D’Artagnan,

Carlton's, Benton's and other surprise VIP's from the world of smoked

meats. Back in the study we’ll be hosting guided bacon tastings and

a boozy seminar on ‘fat washing’ - a modern bartender’s technique

to integrate all that bacony goodness right into the bourbon itself!
