Whiskey made for Obama's last day

"Today an American wood cask has been filled with a special blend malt whiskey which will be put in storage to mature before being given to the US President-elect when he eventually leaves the White House."

Hmmm....2012 age statement? Minimum 3 yr requirement so it would qualify.

As far as I know he is not a whisky / whiskey drinker....what will become of it?

Well that's one thing I didn't know or even suspect. The President's lineage can be traced back to Ireland. It truly is a small world full of surprises.

All political differences aside, it's no easy task to take over the country while its circling the bowl. He might actually want to drink a whole lot of that whisky when he finally gets some relief from the chief executive spot.
