nor02lei Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 I made this a couple of days ago and it tasted splendid with a Brooklyn black chocolate stout as company. 4 portions100 gram dark chocolate2 separated eggs3 cl white sugar10 cl heavy cream10 cl heavy (10 %) yoghurt3-4 cl bourbon1,5 cl cacao powder6 cl muscovado sugarmelt the chocolatewhip the yolks, the cacao powder, half of he white sugar and the bourbonwhip the egg white with the rest of the white sugarwhip the creamblend everything except half the muscovado togetherput into 1-4 balls and cover with the rest of the muscovadoput it into the freezer for several hourstake it out about 20-30 minutes before you eat itLeif Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
