Angel's Envy Bourbon

Seeing how Lincoln talked about older bourbon at the Party Source (which he defined as over 8 years old) wonder how he considered that a complement.

He smelled the noob on me and decided to humor me.

I'm enjoying my bottle that was dropped off by Fed Ex on Thursday. It goes down easy and has a fruity finish. I look forward to the barrel strength release whenever it shows up. I think that Lincoln and crew did a good job with this. The wife likes the bottle design.

The fruity finish is interesting. I'm still deciding if I like this one. I definitely think a higher proof will improve this product....it needs some more complexity other than the grapey (port) finish. I find that it lacks something up front, but can't quite put my finger on what it is.

I can believe that its Barton whiskey. I happen to like it quite a bit.
