I wouldn't complain if they set up shop here in South East Queensland!!! They wouldn't even have to call it bourbon as long as it tasted like the batches made in Kentucky... cowdery Posted November 23, 2011 Share Posted November 23, 2011 Depending on the local laws, and whether or not Australia has by treaty agreed to protect the name 'bourbon,' you might be able to call your product 'bourbon' locally, but you'll never be able to import it into the United States under that name.
