I screwed some of my supply purchases up, but I think my recipe should work. I used: 2 750 ml bottles 151 Everclear1/2 bottle of 80 proof vodka15 Meyer lemons6 regular lemons1 limeI plan to let it sit until mid July to early August depending on how it looks. Based on my calculations, if I add an equal amount of simple syrup to the above it should bring it down to about 68 proof. Anyone else tried making lemoncello?
