Just finished an excellent bottle of OWA. I'll need to add a few of those to the bunker before they disappear.

Yesterday finished a bottle of EWSB 1994 (thanks again Tony).

The really tragic thing about this is that my wife drank about two thirds of it. :skep:

Polished off a Weller 12.. (went down SOOOO easy !!!)

and a Hancocks Reserve Liquor Barn SB. I have been drinking this one 50/50 with GTS. One of the best whiskies I've had. lots of Maple syrup. I may have to go buy another bottle just to mix it !!!!

Clearing out the open bottles to make room for the 2010 BTAC, so out goes a WLW '09, a Lot B and a PVW 15. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

I am approaching the last pours of my Wild Turkey Tribute. I post this prior to it being 100% gone because this bottle was THAT GOOD.

There is no more to be found of this classic whiskey for me. If I were ever fortunate enough to taste it again, I would know that somewhere, somehow, I must have done something right.

I will let you all know when it is finished. The sound of sobs will be evident from SoCal.

Headed for the recycle bin tomorrow: EWSB2000- great bourbon for the money, glad I have a second bottle in the bunker. 1994 OF Prime, easy drinking and one to start with, two more in the bunker.

EWSB '98 hit the trash last night. T'was delicious to the last drop. I will certainly be giving the '99 iteration, currently on the shelves here, a try.

Lot B, first one I've popped open and it was quite smooth and I enjoyed it immensely. Also polished off a Four Roses 120 Anniversary, which was has been one of my favorites thus far.

It's gone. The WT Tribute is all gone. This loss should be noted and mourned by all. I want more.

Anyone?

I'll bond with you Marc, I am in the process of killing off my WTKS 2001, I'd say about 4pm Eastern, 1pm Left Coast Time it'll be gone.

And please no jokes that I opened it today.

Weller 12 and Old Forester Signature bit the dust. OCPR is on deck for tonight but I've got another in the bunker, thankfully.

I did have 2 very small pours yesterday and killed 2 bottles. It was OFBB 2004 and Dickel CH. Both tasted good and the BB kind of gotten better and better all the way down.

One of the best Whiskeys I have ever tasted and probably safe to say my current favorite, Van Winkle Family Reserve 1985 edition, 100 proof unchillfiltered met it's maker last night. Damn it will be missed, but luckily enough I have a few in the bunker.
