Pimms & Lemonade

I had a great weekend drinking far too much of this in the sun, is it available to you guys? Its a lovely refreshing drink to sip in the sun just be careful as it can take you by surprise!

Best drunk with a 1-3 ratio of pimms to lemonade with as much fruit etc as you can fit in the jug!

It's available in some parts of the U.S., from what I can see online. Unfortunately, I've never learned to care for gin, so I'm rather doubtful that I'd be enamored of Pimm's No. 1 even mixed with lemonade & fruit. In fact, the first time I had gin, it was mixed with lemonade, and I was unable to appreciate it properly. :blush:

Someone else may have had it and enjoyed it, though.

Having lived in England a number of years, I quickly acquired a taste for Pimms and lemonade. I did, however, come to understand its ugly side: the Australian national cricket team mopped the floor with the English team during the 1998 Test match because they ran wind sprints and threw an American football around during their breaks, while the English team sat around drinking Pimms and eating cucumber sandwiches.:grin:
