Very nice to see America's youth enjoying themselves with a bottle. Such exciting young people!

On the other hand, I am just very happy that it was not a bottle of Red Gagg.

Make those people middle-aged white dudes and the bottle something with Van Winkle on the label and those could be taken at the Gazebo.

Looks like it's all good clean fun.

You don't want to know about politician's parties and Jack Daniel's bottles around here - only we call it performance art.

A man can dream, and if that doesn't work, there is photoshop.

Status updates on Facebook the next morning:

"Had an unbelievable time drinking some great whiskey Mark made."

"That ice luge last night made whatever Mark brought drinkable."

"Nothing but good times and imported whisky to be had by all."

That last one reminds me of quite a few bars/restaurants around here that have Sam Adams listed under "Import Beers". Only in America can you turn an old Wendy's into a 4 Diamond restaurant.

are you serious SMOWK? I mean, it's absurd enough to be a funny joke, but also absurd enough to be something people like in the pictures would have posted!

Do you think the person responsible for that product placement is being congratulated today or punished?

Sadly though, this is kind of the Maker's Mark, Woodford Reserve, Knob Creek, young "bourbon drinker" audience. When I go to a bar you wouldn't believe how many times I hear comments from young 20s folks about "oh I only drink Maker's, not that cheap stuff" and such when getting say, Wild Turkey 101 neat.

That ties into the other post I made about how bourbon is "trendy." People will be idiots, but if those idiots buy your product... no one is going to say boo to them!

But it's not the Chicago Blackhawks commemorative bottle that is out and about. And what no Kaner?

I am not sure of the quote..."There is no such thing as bad publicity...just make sure you spell my name right."
