Megawatt
So I finally got around to trying this: Still Waters Single Malt Vodka from the new distillery in Concord, Ontario. Basically they ran their soon-to-be single malt whisky through the still an extra time and bottled it as vodka. An interesting concept. So how is it? Very good. Not much of a nose, but the flavour is like a very, very light Scotch. Delicate citrus and creamy malt. Very smooth with a surprisingly good body, extremely drinkable chilled from the freezer or on the rocks. Almost too good to mix. It's a few dollars more than the cheaper options but I'm glad I sprung for it.
