drummertom
I have a bottle of Wild Turkey 12 that I bought probably 20 years ago. It is in a brown wrapper and a wooden box. I have not unwrapped it so I don't know what the bottle label looks like. Anyone know when it was bottled and if it would be OK to drink still? WT 12 is one of my favorite bourbons. Pop that puppy open and sit back and enjoy. By the way welcome to the site, enjoy your self here.
scratchline
I think what you have is the original run of Wild Turkey 12. Not sure what year it was introduced, but it's before the cheesy gold foil label and has a brown label if I remember correctly. Anyway, it's a different label than the gold foil. With the wood box it's a fine-looking bottle and likely to be very fine-tasting too!-Mike
CorvallisCracker
The third pic in this post shows the label.I bought a whole case of these, circa 1988. They were my "Holiday Season" Bourbon, one opened each year in early December. Supplementing them with some Cheesy Gold Foil version and four bottles of Hirsch 16 BW meant that I didn't get around to the last one until 2004.Great stuff. I'll give you SIX Magic Beans for yours.Hey, my usual offer is five.

I saw this in a store and thought it would go well with my decanter collection so I bought it and put it with my decanters. I quit drinking completely a few years ago so I am trying to get info to help me decide what to do with it.
