Whisky Magazine comes out with a small booklet from time to time, called Scotch Bars of the World - or something along those lines. I have a few that, unfortunately I don't have access to right now, by this time tomorrow though, I'll throw a few places up.

La Maison looks interesting and close to where we will stay. I hope to get a nice bottle that I can't find in the US to commemorate the trip.
