boone
Just messin around on this ICY and COLD day...I took these pictures on the same day I took the picutres of Bobby... This is one of my lines...I have two of em that I tend to...Hmmmmmmmm...Maybe I should say they tend to me...cause...If I don't do my job (right) it ain't gonna run...or (as they old bottling line saying goes) ya'll seep good tonight!!! This is the glass liter line C-line---Cathy is the operator---the top picture is the bottles exiting the filler---the panel on the far left operates the filler---note the bottles are about to enter the capper---the machine with PeM on the side of it...----It say's CaPeM---that is the capper...what you cannot see is the infeed-center guide and outfeed star...These cappers (and part of the filler) are my responsibilty during a "line change"...I can break it completly down and set it up for a entirely different bottle...I have to make sure that it works... This is line is set up on one drive...not seperate...You have ta start from the center (filler) and work you way out..(to reset the timing when the main drive is out)...and iffin ya don't get it right you have a HELL of a mess on your hands... The bottom picture---the bottles just exited the dumper---and they are about to enter the cleaner... Bettye Jo
boone
This one is E-line...They are running the 750 plastic carry pack...The two dudes at the top...Hmmmmmmm...I can't tell ya some of the stuff that they do...Well I could...but I ain't...I tell ya...they get me laughing so hard that my sides ache and tears are rolling down my face...THEY AIN'T RIGHT!!! I like to mess with em too!!! In-between them on the counter it say's Bettye Jo's spot...I will jump in-between em sometimes and knock over all of their bottles...then run like hell....Ohhhhhhhhh Yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!... The middle picture is my "OTHER" line D-LINE...We are running the Evan Williams 7 year...The majority of the product on this line is the EW 1.75 glass handle...It is common to see orders hanging for 4,000 and 5,000 cases (on the average)... The bottom is some of my fellow mechanic's...I mess with them too...Ya know, I kept asking them to look at me...they would not...Hmmmmmmm they must have thought that I was gonna do something? ...
