jburlowski
Like myself, many here are fans (either in person or by mail) of the Party Source in bellevue, KY. Here's a good article about the background of the store.

craigthom
I wish more retails did affordable custom bottlings, like their single barrel AAA.
keng
I wish more retails did affordable custom bottlings, like their single barrel AAA.How is it? I knew I should have picked up a bottle while out there, but we humans like to have regrets.
Bourbon Boiler
I made my first visit yesterday, I was not only impressed by the selection and the employees, but my fellow customers were also very knowledgable about various whiskeys. A good place to exchane tasting notes and tips for finding deals, at least at 9:00 pm on a Saturday.

G.H.Adams
The Party Source is my favorite internet seller. I wish I lived close by so I could save shipping costs but since my area only sells what I call "well brands" I'll eat the costs to get what I want. soad
I'm going to be in Cincinnati next week and already have a list for my first Party Source visit! It's website is wonderful with a great search tool. Here's a question. While searching their selection, some items that they are out of (like Ritt BIB) will show up on the search but will say "out of stock". But when I search any Van Winkle products it says "no results". Am I missing something? (definitely a possibility) Do they not carry Van Winkles? I'm not looking for anything too rare, just a bottle of the 10/107.
cowdery
Pick up the phone and call them, or shoot them an email. It's hard to keep a web site like that up to date and. obviously, on-hand inventory changes daily. Or just walk in the door. They will have what they have. Particularly I found many more expressions of Scotch in store than found available on the website.

Bourbon Boiler
I would agree. I was in the store a week ago, and unless I bought the last bottle, the phenomenon described on the last page does exist.
