CL
I used to hang around here a lot and spoke often of my maternal grandparents. Some of you met my grandmother, Carolyn M. Bryant, back in 2003 on a field trip in Bardstown. Grandma Bryant passed away early this morning after a long illness. She was 96 years old. As you might guess, she was a very special person. She will be missed. I thought that Bobby C, Bettye Jo, and Brenda would like to know.

CL
Thanks, Cliff and Bettye Jo, for your kind words. I saw Grandma this past July when I was in L'ville visiting my sister. Bettye Jo, thought of you the other day - went to the ABC store in NC and saw Parker's 27 year old bourbon. Don't go in there much nowadays, so I don't know how long it has been available, but I remember years ago the old bourbon was only available in Japan. Good to see the market (and quantities) for it here in the US.
