Enoch
I stopped in an old liquor store today and they had a ton of Wild Turkey but the bottles were shaped like the squarish Wild Turkey Liqueur bottles but it was standard wild turkey. Not the current round ones. The lady said it was at least 20 years old because it was there when she bought the store. About $13 a bottle. Does anyone know anything about these. cowdery
Doesn't ring a bell. Might be something made for Duty Free or export. If it says "Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey" and the bottles don't appear tampered with, buy 'em.

jinenjo
That should be some decent juice. From my understanding, those are standard 1.75L bottle shapes.Could be 8 y.o. or less better, Old no.
BBQ+Bourbon
I hope you will be outside the door when that store opens tomorrow. Buy them all.
cowdery
You didn't say they were handles! Handles of Turkey from the glut years for $13 per? Where do I sign up?
Enoch
I must clarify that the bottles were quarts and most were 86.6 proof. I have never seen 86.6 proof in Wild Turkey. I will go back in the next week or so and do a better inventory and let you know.

I don't think it had an age statement, so it was probably younger than eight.
